Professional Summary

Charlotte joined the Rate Account Management team, in the Rating department at Colliers CRE in June 2009, after completing her degree at Aberystwyth University. Charlotte was then given an opportunity to join the Accurates team in May 2011, where she became a Compliance and Audit Assistant. With the ever growing empty property rates work, the Empty Rates team has grown significantly and Charlotte has taken on the management of the junior members of the Empty Rates team.

In January 2016 Charlotte was promoted to Compliance and Audit Manager a role in which she continues to manage and oversee the junior members of the Empty Rates team, as well as managing the practical and logistical aspects of the various projects across England, Wales and Scotland. In addition, she continues to offer assistance to the more senior members of the Empty Rates management team.

Accomplishments

Charlotte has finished the Diploma level of the IRRV professional qualification this will enable her to broaden her knowledge and skill base to be able to assist clients.
