Claire's extensive and varied experience in Europe and Asia has given her deep international knowledge of the hospitality sector. At Colliers, she is responsible for investment due diligence, strategic independent reviews, operating agreement negotiations and business development.


At Colliers, she is responsible for investment due diligence, strategy and concept advice, feasibility studies, operator selections, agreement negotiations and business development. In the last 12 months she has undertaken the business review and transition process of the Conrad St James, moving into an asset management role as well as a number of portfolio investment due diligence, acquisitions and strategic reviews.


Claire works closely with all our clients, ensuring that every aspect of the client’s target and strategy is optimised and delivered.


Claire comes from a diverse background in F&B, hospitality, education and training and has held a variety of Managerial and Director roles across international and hospitality establishments and training centres in Vietnam, Japan and Germany. Prior to this, Claire held F&B managerial roles for 6 years in London.


In 2013, Claire graduated at the top of her class from the Ecole hoteliere de Lausanne's MBA programme where she focused her studies on International Hotel Investment and Development.
