I boast 10+ years' digital and communication experience working with partners in a broad spectrum of industries, and bring swathes of experience in exploiting technology to boost communications and improve existing work processes. I translate requirements into innovative solutions and manage planning and delivery of the development effort. I apply my experience and knowledge to the problem and devise solutions that best leverage available technology. I apply innovation and flair to all my work, and champion clear and efficient communication. I have a unique mix of creative and problem-solving skills that colleagues and clients find invaluable. I've always been a keen discoverer of technical capability, and bult my career on a hobbyist interest in computing from a young age.

I have always admired the use of graphic wit in advertising and I keep abreast of design trends in all media, sporadically turning my hand to graphic design.

Testimonials:

Rodrigo F. Santos, Senior IT Analyst at Johnson & Johnson:

"I had the pleasure of working with Daniel while he was providing services to Jonhson & Johnson through Content Formula. I was really impressed by his technical knowledge as well as his communication skills. Client facing is a plus that set his apart from most technical people. He have delivered lots of training for J&J, even visited MD&D locations in Rome, Paris and Brussels to train content owner teams. He can deliver solutions in a wide range of environment setups, particularly J&J's where the development options are limited and he had to come up with innovative solutions for our problems. Business problem analysis and innovative solution design in SharePoint are his strongest skills, among others. Finally, I strongly recommend Daniel for his integrity and commitment on delivering high quality solutions to the business partners, and always on time (even on tight schedule)."

Kate Murray, Web Content Specialist:

"Dan reported to me in the editorial team at Content Formula. He is competent, proactive and personable. I was particularly impressed with Dan's ability to problem solve, how he actively looked for solutions and better ideas, his professional and friendly manner, and his willingness to help our colleagues. I'm sure Dan will go far in the world of web and digital."

Education:

I attended Wallington County Grammar School and achieved 9 GCSEs at grades A-C in 2001. I moved to The Beacon School to take my A Levels in PE, Art, French and ICT. After a brief dabble in Fine Art at undergraduate level, I finally settled on a career as a web designer and developer and fully embraced the dot-com boom when Web 2.0 and associated technologies took hold.

At age 5 I was enthusiastic about sampling local languages when I traveled abroad with my family. I was lucky enough to start learning French aged 7 and at high school, the elementary knowledge of the language was further reinforced at KS3 level.  I took evening classes in basic Italian while taking my A Levels and have sampled other languages from beyond Europe such as Turkish and Russian. It's been suggested that this flourish also bolstered my learning of computer programming languages.
