Matt Jarvis, Senior Fund Manager, Legal & General Investment Management:

''In the approach to the sale we were really impressed with the way the investment and leasing teams were united, providing clear and cohesive advice. The team were bold in proposing newer non-traditional marketing methods and were creative in implementing their sales advice. Ultimately, their efforts led to us achieving a price we were very happy with.”

Andrew Mercer, Office Sector Lead, Legal & General Investment Management:

''’We instructed Dominic Amey and the City Investment Team at Colliers to dispose of the Bonhill Building as Dominic had successfully sold another asset for our Fund. Bonhill Building, at a quoting price of £110m, was an important sale for Legal & General, so we needed to be sure that the instruction would be handled carefully and professionally, and that our appointed agent provided best in class service. We have been impressed with the teams approach in adopting market leading technology to ensure the property was widely marketed and we are happy with the price achieved. ‘’
