Emma joined the Project and Building Consultancy team in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager and has since worked on various projects across the North West for occupiers and investors, undertaking the roles of both Cost Manager and Project Manager.
Emma has extensive experience across both Public and Private Sectors, working within Education, Industrial, Healthcare, Heritage, Retail and Residential projects with values ranging from £100k - £30m.
Emma also manages the delivery of a client portfolio, with the scope of works varying to include feasibility studies through to refurbishment and alteration works under a 5 year cyclical planned maintenance programme. The values ranging from £80k - £500k.

Emma is part of the STEER development programme at Leeds Beckett University, mentoring final year students and assisting them in the transition from final year to industry.
Emma is also on the REAL for Women 2020 programme established by Colliers, specifically focused on the development of Women within the profession.
Head of Regions
Nick has a wide breadth of experience in all general Building Surveying and Project Management instructions and specialises in regional offices.
He also has executive responsibility for Project and Building Consultancy throughout the UK Regions.
Mark joined Colliers in December 2015 and is a Chartered Building Surveyor within the Leeds Building Surveying and Project Management team. He has over 11 years commercial experience with BNP Paribas Real Estate and Atisreal.
Mark is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has experience in acting in the role as Development Monitor for new construction and refurbishment contracts. He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles in respect of both new build and refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification and project monitoring.
Other skills include advice and negotiation of dilapidations liabilities for both landlords and tenants, acquisition surveys, party wall matters, planned maintenance and condition surveys.
Richard joined Colliers in 2017 from a residential surveying practice in Oxfordshire, with experience in contract administration and technical due diligence surveys. Previous experience was also gained at Ryhurst Ltd in a joint venture with Lancashire Care Foundation NHS Trust, to assist with estate rationalisation and space utilisation.
Richard works within the Leeds Project & Building Consultancy Team and is involved with duties including dilapidations advice and negotiations, due diligence building surveys, defect diagnosis and the administration of construction projects for a range of commercial clients.
Ross is responsible for providing a wide range of commercial Building Surveying advice in respect of both professional and project-based instructions.
He has also undertaken numerous Contract Administration roles focusing mainly on refurbishment schemes, including detailed design, specification and project monitoring.

Trainee Quantity Surveyor
A Trainee Quantity Surveyor currently undertaking a BSc (Hons) degree at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
Joined the Colliers International Project & Building Consultancy Team as Administrator / Secretary in May 2010.
