I have been working in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team for 5 years now focusing on the management of corporate accounts for large Regional or Global business. The clients I act for as as follows:

Ramboll Group - Ramboll are a engineering consulting company with a HQ in Copenhagen, Denmakr. I act as Global Account Manager looking after a portfolio of c.350 locations. We act exclusively on all transactional work as well as providing full Account Management, Lease Adminstration, Lease Auditing and select Workplace and Project Management

FTI Consulting - FTI are a business advisory firm headquarted in Washington DC. Colliers retain a Global contract to manage all transactional work. I act as Account Manager for the EMEA Region managing a regional portfllio of c. 35 leases.

Koch Industries - Koch are an American multnational corporation based in Wichita, USA. Koch have a diverse portfolio of hundreds industrial and office locations around the globe. I act as Account Manager for EMEA region providing transactional support where required.

IHS Markit - IHS Markit provide information, analysis and consulting services to a variety of business sectors globally. Colliers manage the global portfolio and I act as Account Manager for the EMEA Region managing a portfolio of around 40 properties.

Marsh & McClennan Companies (MMC) - MMC are a professional services firm and Colliers have been appointed as preferred suppliers pitching for projects on an individual basis. I manage the relationship in the EMEA region responsible for coordinating responses to RFP's and managing any subsequent transactional work

 In the past i have acted as Transaction, Portfolio or Account Manager for Quintiles, Red Hat, Marsh and BT. I have previously worked on the Integrator Model managing transactional work for Microsoft.

I have previously worked in the UK Corporate Solutions team specialising in Property and Asset Management and with a particular focus on the occupational portfolio for Nationwide Building Society. This comprised 912 buildings with 483 sub tenants and a dozen multi-let buildings which I directly managed.

Accomplishments

Having started in Property Management at Colliers I progressed into Portfolio and Transaction Management roles within the UK based Corporate Solutions team managing the Nationwide portfolio. I have since moved to the EMEA Corporate Solutions team providing assistance on several accounts.
