James Rawdon-Mogg is a Director in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team.
James joined the EMEA Corporate Solutions team of Colliers International in January 2014.
James’ experience in commercial asset management, transaction management, property management and commercial agency gives him a diverse and adaptable skill set acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
James has nine years’ experience in commercial asset management, corporate real estate consultancy, lease advisory and property management, qualifying as a surveyor (RICS) in 2009. He has worked on client accounts ranging from large corporates such as National Grid, Electronic Data Systems, BP and Shell, to small investment clients with commercial portfolios.

13 years of overall experience, the last 7 years in EMEA. My career has been entirely focused on Occupier services moving from Transaction Management to Corporate Solutions.
Alex is a real estate professional with broad European and Asia Pacific (APAC) experience spanning 28 years.
Alex has worked across the entire breadth of services including Strategic Consulting, Workplace Strategy, Lease Administration, Transaction- Project- and Facility Management. His experience across multiple asset classes is extensive, leveraging local subject matter experts globally.
In Corporate Solutions, Alex has provided services including leasing (office & industrial), Project Management Office, delivery of project fitout, development and execution of portfolio strategies, along with developing cohesive account management structures.
Alex was selected for participation in a two year management development program, after being identified as one of the leading professionals in the APAC region. He has always proved his value-add within the real estate industry, with the benefit of cultural fluency gained through 20 years of living and working in Asia.
Head of Technology and Innovation
Will joined Colliers International in 2015. Based in London, Will currently has the role of Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Lead and is responsible for the development of the PortfolioExpert platform, specifically a new technology that brings portfolio data to life, with simple benchmarking and critical date management which facilitate collaborative strategy development in pursuit of savings.
Will is responsible for the provision and support of the Colliers 360 Technology suite in EMEA, liaising with the US Technology Team.
Will has successfully developed business and IT solutions for the business development team in Corporate Solutions. Will won the Da Vinci Award for innovation for his work integrating teams through technology.
Sara joined Colliers in 2007 and is an Associate Director in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team. She has over 15 years experience in the corporate real estate sector with particular strengths in Account and Transaction Management. She currently is Head of Account Management Operations for the EMEA CS Team.
Simon has experience of both occupational and investment property management having acted on behalf of occupiers including the Home Office, Nationwide Building Society and Mitchells & Butlers.
Regularly acting as an internal client, Simon co-ordinates management, building surveying, agency and professional services for clients across a range of sectors.
Simon has also been instrumental in the development of an International Lease Administration Service for Colliers' EMEA Corporate Solutions team, working for a range of both national and international clients.
Graham joined Colliers International in January 2012 and is an Associate Director in the EMEA Corporate Solutions Team.
Grahams’ has 8 years experience in transaction, asset and portfolio management acting for both Landlord and Tenant providing a broad, diverse and adaptable level of knowledge. He has a good level of expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters, financial modelling and reporting functions.
Graham has managed a number of key client accounts at Colliers including acting as Global Account Director for Heineken, Nokia and Ramboll. Other current and past clients include FTI Consulting, Marsh MC, Quintiles, Red Hat, BT, Microsoft & Koch Industries in a Regional Role.
Graham’s core responsibilities include:
· Working closely with the client to understand & implement their Real Estate strategy to maximise benefit to the business
· Coordinating day to day management of real estate activity across multiple accounts ensuring clear and consistent process aligned to clients needs
· Supporting delivery of successful project wins through multi-disciplinary teamwork including coordination of Local Advisors, Solicitors, Workplace Analysis, Project & FM teams with the Client
· Engagement of local Colliers teams throughout the region to ensure communication, best practice and reporting standards are achieved
London - West End
Harry joined Colliers International in 2016 Immediately after completing his undergraduate degree reading Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University.
Harry is Graduate Surveyor in the London Retail Agency team. He works on key landlord instructions including Cheval, Lab Group, Church Commisioners and DTZIM in managing their retail estate across London. Harry is also involved with managing a number of retailers Central London portfolio.
As part of the Graduate programme, Harry gained experiencee in the EMEA Valuation & Advisory Team, assisting a number of clients on their Real Estate Portfolio across the EMEA region. Aswell as working in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team as a Transaction Manager assisting a number of global clients manage their Real Estate Portfolio in the EMEA region.
