James is Director & Head of City Agency and Occupier Advisory at Colliers International and was previously a Senior Director at CBRE in the City Leasing team.  James has 20 years’ experience providing Development and Leasing advice to Landlords and Developers, as well as advising some high profile office Occupiers on their real estate strategy  in the City, Midtown, Canary Wharf and Southbank markets.



James has worked on some of the most high profile developments and leasing deals within London to include the leasing of The Place, London Bridge Quarter to News UK and Cannon Place on behalf of Hines.

More recently James has provided development and leasing advice to AXA and Lipton Rogers on 22 Bishopsgate and British Land and GIC on the repositioning of Broadgate.
