Skilled in working with landlords, developers and occupiers in providing leasing, acquisition, and development advice.

He has an exceptional track record in the City, Midtown, Southbank and Docklands markets and his reputation for client service is exemplary.



James has worked on some of the most high profile developments and leasing deals within London to include the leasing of The Place, London Bridge Quarter to News UK and Cannon Place on behalf of Hines.

More recently James has provided development and leasing advice to AXA and Lipton Rogers on 22 Bishopsgate and British Land and GIC on the repositioning of Broadgate.
