We've been lucky enough to work for a variety of high profile clients, some of whom I have been working on for over the 9 years. This year we were entrusted to increase this mandate. We 've also been lucky enough to win a number of awards for our management of shopping centres and client portfolios but the satistic that matters the most to me are our market leading rent collection rates.
Rachael started her career working in local government, during which time she gained a variety of experience in property management which included a mixed portfolio of commercial, agricultural and telecoms sites. Rachael also gained further experience working client side as a property manager for a large industrial developer advising on service charge and estate management issues at development stage which included the setting up and running of management companies.
At Colliers International, she is involved in proactively managing a variety of FRI and complex multi-let properties in the retail, industrial and office sectors for a wide range of clients such as Nurton Developments, Bollinwater Estates, Stratford upon Avon Town Trust, Arena Central Developments LLP and Birmingham Wholesale Markets Company. In addition to property management, Rachael is experienced in service charge consultancy, working up budgets and strategy regimes for new developments assisting clients in minimising cost liability.
In recognising the changing needs and demands of office occupiers, Rachael has recently developed Colliers Beyond service to provide the added value occupier experience and engagement initiatives which will both retain and attract occupiers.
Since joining the Investment Property Management department in 2017 I have worked within the Shopping Centre Management team on a number of key client portfolios. My role involves representing investors in everyday Landlord and Tenant matters, maintainance budgets and finances.
I had previously worked at Colliers International as an Client Assistant in the Rating department on a portfolio of over 8000 heriditaments within the Valuation Office rating list. Prior to that I was a Residential Property Manager in a Bristol based Estate Agency, managing private lets and student housing.
2000 – present Colliers Birmingham (Currently Director, LLP Partner, Head of Birmingham Investment Property Management). Providing Property Investors with a tailored high level investment property management service. Clients advised include Canada Life, Aviva, British Land, Patrizia, Miller, Nurton and Stratford Town Trust.

Marketing and Customer Experience Co-Ordinator
Maddy joined Colliers International as a Marketing and Social Media Administrator for the Investment Property Management Team based in Birmingham. In this role, Maddy is working alongside the team to iniatiate social communities within office buildings across the portfolio as well as working with the retail team to establish a strong marketing brand for their sites.
Prior to this role, Maddy began her career working for a sports facility, managing their social media channels, creating content and acting as a point of contact for parents, staff members and the office team.
Whilst working in this role and undertaking her academic studies, Maddy discovered her passion for effective, inclusive communications.
