I began my career at Kingston Smith LLP and spent six years in the audit and tax and legal consultancy departments.
I then moved to LSL Property Services plc where I worked in the Group finance function, leading the financial planning and analysis function of the £300m group for 3 years. Here I was involved in providing both support and project leading on a variety of strategic acquisitions for the Group as well as playing a significant role in major refinancing and supporting the retendering process of a number of significant contract wins. I also oversaw a number of system design and builld processes managing business change.

Overseen multiple acquisitions and subsequent brand revaluations.
Systems overhaul, design and build.
Made tax efficiency gains for Colliers UK business of several millions of pounds in first 12 months in role.
