Matt graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2013 where he studied Real Estate Management and qualified as a member of the RICS in 2015 upon completion of the graduate scheme at Cluttons.

He joined Colliers in 2017 having worked within the Central London offices market for three years and specialises in providing agency and development advice to both Landlords and Tenants.

- Assisting on the acquisition of 37,000 sq ft in 120 Holborn on behalf of the Trainline.com

- Letting of 7,000 sq ft at 22 Newman Street on behalf of the a private Landlord.

- Ongoing leasing and asset management advice to Shaftesbury PLC accross the Carnaby and Seven Dials Estates.
