-Portfolio valuation of 15 residential development sites located around the UK on behalf of a national housebuilder.

-Valuation of a mixed use development site in Elephant and Castle with in excess of 350 proposed units.  

-Valuation of residential portfolio within London with 100 residential units.

- Over the past twelve months Miles has managed a strong relationship with KIER Homes, and also helped to develop new relationships with clients including ICICI Bank, Glenhawk, Cambridge and Counties Bank and Laxfield Capital.

-Prior to his property career Miles played professional football.
