Scott is a member of the Manchester Office Agency Team. The team focuses in the acquisition and disposal of Grade A city centre office premises, secondary refurbished city centre assets and office premises throughout the North West. Scott has acted for local property companies, developers and global instructions. Working with such clients, Scott has developed a strong skill set and can provide comprehensive advice in relation to the development of new build office buildings, extensive remodelling of existing assets and intrusive refurbishments ensuring that best in class results are achieved on behalf of clients.
In the past Scott has also provided strategic acquisition, planning and upgrade advice to O2 and Vodafone in connection with their on-going 2G and 3G network rollout. Scott has also had experience within the renewable energy industry with particular focus on the acquisition of land suitable for Wind Turbines.
Having acted on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants on a range of professional matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears including offering strategic advice in relation to clients commercial rates liabilities, Scott has a broad general practice background. Tom joined Colliers International in August 2016 as part of the graduate intake. As part of his training Tom was exposed to a broad range of different property disciplines including agency and valuation work.
Tom now works as part of the Residential Agency and Advisory team in Manchester, the majority of his work is focused on advising clients on the valuation, apprasial and disposal of predominantly residential led but also mixed use development opportunities across the North West of England.
