Paul provides consultancy advice to insitutional funds, property companies and banks on a wide range of commercial properties throughout the UK, with particular emphasis on investment and mortgage valuations. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and principally advises on retail, office and industrial properties, including development sites. He has also provided valuation advice on properties within mainland Europe.
Paul has provided valuation advice on a number of landmark central London's office and retail buildings for secured lending purposes including Devonshire House, 90 Long Acre and Vinters Place. He has also acted on behalf of BlackRock as one of the valuers of its UK Property Fund.
Whilst primarily concentrating on commercial properties in London and the South East, he has also been involved in a number of retail sector property finance instructions, including the flotation and subsequent delisting of DFS and loan facilities secured against Lidl's UK foodstore estate.
