“The service we received was first class, the result extremely pleasing following a competitive bidding process and if you are in need of an agent to handle your B&B we would heartily recommend going to Peter and Colliers.” Cheryle and Anthony Katz, vendors of The Lansdowne, Bourton on the Water September 2018

“Peter exceeded my expectations, producing an excellent recent in selling the business when previous agents had failed and I would definitely recommend him.  Overall between 11 and 12 out of 10!” Nick Beardsley vendor Foston’s Ash Inn nr Cheltenham September 2018

“Having met Peter at the time of our purchase of the Puesdown and taken easily to his manner and style, he was an automatic inclusion in our options for an agent when selling. Having also looked at other options, once we had met all our potential candidates and considered their pitches, he stood out above the rest. Having instructed Peter, he set about marketing our business in a thoroughly professional manner and during what turned out to be a very challenging sale, he maintained a calm composure, provided solid and sensible advice and completed the sale at a price that was above the asking level. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to other vendors, nor to use his services again in the future.” Paul Sutton vendor of the Puesdown Inn February 2018

“We would like to thank you very much for all your help and assistance in Selling Cricket Field House. We had been on the Market with a previous agent but had been unable to secure a sale. Despite in our opinion a very difficult purchaser , you guided and kept the ball rolling. Your professional and engaging persona, ensured we kept a level head in at times extremely difficult negotiations [and wish] your expertise and sense of humour, we believe archive the end goal. Thank you very much” Brian and Margaret James, Cricket Field House Salisbury Sept 2017

“Having built up a relationship over the years, Peter was in a position to approach us directly when a buyer was looking for a property in Cheltenham.  Upon hearing we would be interested in selling, Peter was then able to bring another potential buyer to the table and the best price was achieved.  Thank you – 10 out of 10!” Jeremy Shaw, vendor of the George Hotel, Cheltenham February 2016

“Peter’s long experience of this market was evident and he followed up all sales leads and chased up interested parties post viewings. Having dealt with other Hotel Agents in the past we had a very jaded view of your competitors. Following our experience with Peter and his team however, I would have no hesitation in recommending Colliers as being head and shoulders above the competition. You exceeded our expectations. Thanks for a job well done.”  Paul and Anna Galvin vendors of Banbury House Hotel June 2014

"In the Cotswolds, there is only one man and one company to deal with, Peter Brunt from Colliers International. His inside knowledge of the pubs and hotels throughout the whole of the Cotswolds area is staggering, a walking commercial encyclopaedia of this hospitality sector. A straight talking, honest man to deal with, Peter will tell you "as it is" which long term is the only successful way to achieve the desired results. I have no hesitation of recommending Peter to anybody looking to buy or sell in this area, in fact it would not be such a smart move if you did not talk to Mr Cotswolds first!!" Vendor of Burford Lodge 2013
