Rachael started her career working in local government, during which time she gained a variety of experience in property management which included a mixed portfolio of commercial, agricultural and telecoms sites. Rachael also gained further experience working client side as a property manager for a large industrial developer advising on service charge and estate management issues at development stage which included the setting up and running of management companies.
At Colliers International, she is involved in proactively managing a variety of FRI and complex multi-let properties in the retail, industrial and office sectors for a wide range of clients such as Nurton Developments, Bollinwater Estates, Stratford upon Avon Town Trust, Arena Central Developments LLP and Birmingham Wholesale Markets Company. In addition to property management, Rachael is experienced in service charge consultancy, working up budgets and strategy regimes for new developments assisting clients in minimising cost liability.
In recognising the changing needs and demands of office occupiers, Rachael has recently developed Colliers Beyond service to provide the added value occupier experience and engagement initiatives which will both retain and attract occupiers.

2000 – present Colliers Birmingham (Currently Director, LLP Partner, Head of Birmingham Investment Property Management). Providing Property Investors with a tailored high level investment property management service. Clients advised include Canada Life, Aviva, British Land, Patrizia, Miller, Nurton and Stratford Town Trust.
1997 - 2000 GVA Grimley Birmingham (Surveyor) Asset property management for property investors. Clients included Argent, Royal London Asset Management.
1995 – 1997 Checkley & Co / Jordan Salata Asset Management Birmingham – (Graduate Surveyor) multi sector property management and rating. Clients included City Electrical Factors.
1994 – 1995 Corporate Property Ltd London (Graduate Surveyor). All aspects of Corporate Occupier Property Management clients included Rank Xerox, Imperial Cancer Research, HFC Bank.
Regional Facilities Manager
Stacey joined Colliers in 2010 and is the Facilities Manager for the Birmingham IPM team. Stacey manages 24 properties around the Midlands for a number of major UK clients including Helical Retail, Miller Developments, Smith Industries Pension Trustees, Patrizia and Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund. Stacey has a strong focus on implementing energy efficient initiatives within the management portfolio and works closely with industry professionals to ensure that the services provided are both cost effective and of the highest standard. Stacey embraces the need for regular communication with tenants and clients.
Aside from the management portfolio Stacey also works on a consultative basis for several LPA Receivers advising them on how to make their asset H&S compliant and ready for sale.
