Rate Account Manager
Reece joined Colliers International's Rating Department in January 2014 as a Client Administrator within the Rate Account Management Team in Birmingham to provide support for the Co-operative Group Ltd client portfolio which includes over 6,000 properties. Reece was promoted to Rate Account Assistant in January 2016, becoming the main point of contact for his team in respect of Softology programs and offering working solutions for the team's procedures.
In April 2018, Reece started managing the Business Rates for his own client The Restaurant Group where he provides monthly funding requests, yearly budgets and processes credit refunds. In those last nine months of 2018 alone, Reece processed just over £1.25 Million in refunds and saved an extra £3,000 in court costs.
Reece was promoted to Rate Account Manager in July 2019 where he manages The Restaurant Group, Brunning & Price and Wagamama.
Passing my probation period in April 2014, becoming a fully fledged member of the team.

Managing my own client The Restaurant Group from April 2018 and processing over £1.25 Million refunds in the first nine months.

Rate Account Team Manager
Dawn joined Colliers Internationals Rating Department as a Rate Account Manager in February 2009 as part of the new Rate Account Management team in Birmingham. Dawn has a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience within the Finance Sector having spent 18 years in Local Government Finance working in Income, Banking, Debt Recovery and Training/Development fields - plus the last 10 years at Colliers dealing with every aspect of the Rate Account Management and Finance for reputable clients. Dawn has an extensive knowledge of the billing and collection of non-domestic rates which she utilises in her role to ensure she provides a comprehensive treasury management service for her clients, providing various reports including monthly funding requests and rates budgets in a timely manner to meet client expectations.
Dawn was promoted to Senior Rate Account Manager at Colliers in January 2012 followed by a further promotion to Rate Account Team Manager in November 2016.
Rate Account Manager
Chris joined Colliers in April 2011 having graduated from Wolverhampton University with a degree in Accountancy and Finance.
Since joining Colliers Chris has primarily worked on the Co-operative Group Limited portfolio and is a key contact for the day to day account management for Andrew Crossley, the Group Valuation Manager.
In 2013 Chris solely took on the account management responsibilities for RSM Tenon and then also the Central England Co-operative Limited portfolio in 2017.
Chris is an active member of the Birmingham office and participates in the organisation of the Colliers Birmingham football team.
Rate Account Manager
Laura joined Colliers International in June 2013 as a Client Administrator having graduated from Birmingham City University with a First Class degree in BA (Hons) Accountancy.
Laura was promoted to Rate Account Assistant in January 2015 followed by a further promotion to Rate Account Manager in September 2018.
Head of Operations
Hilary rejoined Colliers in 2016 after leaving in 2008 to work for The Co-operative Group as Head of Rating & Valuation. Hilary's role is now to oversee Client Relationship Management and Business Development for the Rating team and to work alongside John Webber, overseeing the operational side of the team.

Mark joined the Accurates team in September 2015 as a Rating Compliance and Audit Manager. He is a corporate member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation and has over 10 years experience in the administration and collection of Local Taxation charges. Mark has an in depth knowledge of business rates legislation and caselaw
