Professional Summary

Reece joined Colliers International's Rating Department in January 2014 as a Client Administrator within the Rate Account Management Team in Birmingham to provide support for the Co-operative Group Ltd client portfolio which includes over 6,000 properties. Reece was promoted to Rate Account Assistant in January 2016, becoming the main point of contact for his team in respect of Softology programs and offering working solutions for the team's procedures.

In April 2018, Reece started managing the Business Rates for his own client The Restaurant Group where he provides monthly funding requests, yearly budgets and processes credit refunds. In those last nine months of 2018 alone, Reece processed just over £1.25 Million in refunds and saved an extra £3,000 in court costs.

Reece was promoted to Rate Account Manager in July 2019 where he manages The Restaurant Group, Brunning & Price and Wagamama.


Passing my probation period in April 2014, becoming a fully fledged member of the team.

Making the natural progression from Client Adminstrator to Rate Account Assistant in January 2016.

Managing my own client The Restaurant Group from April 2018 and processing over £1.25 Million refunds in the first nine months.

Adding to my portfolio with The Restaurant Group's acquisition of Brunning & Price and Wagamama - leading to my promotion to Rate Account Manager in July 2019.
