Chief Operating Officer EMEA
I began my career in 2000 and spent fifteen years in the City of London working in a variety of leading professional services firms. Starting in project, programme and change management with Hewlett Packard at the time of the HP / Compaq merger. Then financial services (JP Morgan) during the the mid 2000's. Lastly, the legal world for an extended period where I worked with global firms during a time of unprecedented change in terms of client demands, deregulation, competition, M&A and technology developments. Against this varied backdrop, delivering change, integration and making "2+2=5" has been the constant.
Building relationships and eventually persuading equity partner lawyers that change is not something that just happens to "other people" or that it will go away if ignored. Also, that I am here to help manage that change and, if embraced, it can all be fun.

Head of EMEA Technology Solutions
As EMEA Head of Technology Services, I am focussed on improving the delivery of Real Estate services to our clients through the innovative and pragmatic application of technology.
The EMEA Technology Services team oversee all aspects of technology - from making sure that it works (!), supporting our staff to help them get the best out of our technology, securing our data and understanding emerging opportunities where technology can help us better serve our clients.
I believe that my role is to create an environment in which my teams can succeed. To do this, I draw on over 20 years’ experience in all levels of technology delivery - from Help Desk to CIO - and through the practical application of frameworks within which my teams can both deliver demonstrable business value and develop themselves.
