Covering a wide range of issues, I have been involved in some of the largest park and hotel deals over the last 6 years in the UK.
On behalf of both private and corporate clients I continue to strive to ensure that Colliers International's reputation for service excellence and professionalism is upheld.
Again was involved in some of the most high profile transactions in the parks and hotel sectors over the year including the sale of Westholme Estate on behalf of Deutsche Asset Management, the acqusition of Sampool Holiday Park on behalf of leisure resorts and the sale of Percy Wood Caravan Park on behalf of Shorewod Leisure; as well as the highly confidential sale of the Holiday Inn Salisbury Stonehenge on behalf of the owning Trust.
Worked on the sales of several high profile provincial hotel assets such as the New Ellington Hotel Leeds, Kenwood Hall Hotel Sheffield and Ringwood Hall Hotel Chesterfield as well as 2 of the biggest park deals in the UK that year - Heatherview Country Park and King Fisher Country Park; both in County Durham.
