Professional Summary

Ross is Chartered Surveyor who specialises in the food & beverage and urban leisure sectors throughout the UK.

He has advised many of the UK's leading occupiers in respect of growth plans.  He also advises a number of landlords and developers in respect of leisure uses such as Cinemas,  Restaurants & Bars, Gyms, Casinos and Experiential Leisure uses. 

In 2013 he was elected Chairman of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society and remains a commitee member.  


In 2010 Ross won the "Deal of the Year" as voted by the members of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society for brokering the Les Deux Salons unit in Covent Garden, London. He was shortlisted for the same award in 2013.
