Professional Summary

Sara has a diverse background in both client-side and advisory roles, with experience in valuations, investment strategy, real estate finance, development advisory and transactions management.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2016 to develop the Valuation Risk Management function, Sara led the EMEA Credit Risk Review function at GE Capital Real Estate, responsible for regulatory assurance on a €12bn debt and equity book.  Sara’s real estate career began at DTZ, where she held roles within the Agency, Development, Valuations and Corporate Finance teams. She has lived and worked in continental Europe and has experience of all asset classes across European markets. 

Accomplishments

Investment strategy to rebalance a £7bn diversified portfolio and consistently outperform the benchmark index. 

Vendor due diligence for a £500m FTSE real estate corporate disposal.  

Strategic advice on flagship developments, e.g. the Olympic Village, Greenwich Peninsula and Battersea Power Station. 

Cross-border investment, risk management and valuation advice for equity and debt portfolios.
