Professional Summary

Scott is a member of the Manchester Office Agency Team. The team focuses in the acquisition and disposal of Grade A city centre office premises, secondary refurbished city centre assets and office premises throughout the North West.  Scott has acted for local property companies, developers and global instructions. Working with such clients, Scott has developed a strong skill set and can provide comprehensive advice in relation to the development of new build office buildings, extensive remodelling of existing assets and intrusive refurbishments ensuring that best in class results are achieved on behalf of clients.

In the past Scott has also provided strategic acquisition, planning and upgrade advice to O2 and Vodafone in connection with their on-going 2G and 3G network rollout.  Scott has also had experience within the renewable energy industry with particular focus on the acquisition of land suitable for Wind Turbines.

Having acted on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants on a range of professional matters including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears including offering strategic advice in relation to clients commercial rates liabilities, Scott has a broad general practice background.  Scott has also compiled an extensive number of valuations for local, national and multi-national clients.


Acquired 17,000 sq ft in the Cunard Building, Liverpool on behalf of retained client, Interserve.

Advised as Asset Manager on the £3m refurbishment of City Tower on behalf of Schroders and delivered in excess of 40,000 sq ft of lettings and re-geared over 10 existing occupiers leases adding in the region of £30m to the total investment value.

Advised on the purchase and refurbishment of Union on behalf of Bruntwood with 65% of the office accommodation under offer prior to project completion in August 2017.

Acquired a 37,000 sq ft industrial warehouse in Burnley on behalf of a multi-national clothing retailer.
