Professional Summary

After graduating from Durham University in 2009 with a BA (Hons) degree in Geography, Tom went on to complete a Postgraduate Masters in Real Estate at London South Bank University obtaining a Merit. Following his studies, Tom joined Altus Edwin Hill's West End Rating team in 2010 where he undertook a range of property referencing work. In October 2010, Tom joined Colliers International as a member of the Central London Division.

In May 2013 Tom became a Member of the RICS and subsequently joined the Colliers National Investment Team in January 2014.  Tom now focuses much of his work on South East offices.

Accomplishments

Tom acted on behalf of a London landed estate in their professional matters, dealing with a large portfolio of prime Central London office properties. Tom successfully acted in a range of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears.

Tom has been involved in a range of investment acquisitions and disposals in UK Capital Markets with a focus on the South East offices.
