Toby joined Colliers International in 2015 to expand the Build to Rent capability on opportunities across the UK. Toby is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of property and residential specific experience. He has benefited from working at King Sturge/ JLL but also has spent time client side and gained unique experience on appraising sites/ income producing assets for acquisition and disposal, as well as planning and build to rent management.
A significant proportion of Toby’s work at Colliers International is focused around advising clients on the valuation, appraisal, disposal and acquisition of various Build to rent specific and mixed use development opportunities.
Toby’s client side experience means that he is well placed to provide consultancy advice from an investor perspective, particularly when negotiating the disposal or acquisition of opportunities.

The Residence, Nine Elms, on behalf of Bellway homes arranged funding with L&Q for the 114 build to rent units covenanted to rent for 15 years. c£65m GDV

Erica works closely with developers and institutional investors, focussing on investment underwriting and consultancy advise on PRS specific / mixed-use development opportunities across the UK.
Prior to joining Colliers, Erica worked within private equity for HNWIs and various family offices in London. During this time, she was involved in deal originations and debt structuring of asset level transactions . She was also actively managing a portfolio of assets worth in excess of £30m with the view to maximise the underlying value through redevelopment and other strategic activities. In addition, Erica has over 3 years’ experience working within various capacities in the design and execution of custom homes and high density residential developments in India.

Mike works in the Build to Rent team, having joined the company as a graduate in 2016.

Ed joined Colliers International as a graduate in August 2016 having completed a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. After completing rotations in the Business Rates and EMEA Valuations teams, Ed joined the Build to Rent team in February 2018. He has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and now advises on Build to Rent opportunities across the UK.

Having graduated with a B.A.(Hons) in French and German from the University of Bath in 2016, Oliver subsequently worked for a year in financial consulting at JDX before completing an internship at Savills in Frankfurt and London, working in Frankfurt Office Agency and International Development Advisory respectively. In 2018 he graduated with an M.Sc in Real Estate from Cass Business School, and he is currently undertaking a series of rotations at Colliers and is working towards completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence.
Having completed his first nine-month rotation in the Valuation and Advisory team, he is currently part of the Build to Rent/PRS team. A significant proportion of the BTR work focuses on advising clients on the valuation, appraisal, disposal and acquisition of various Build to rent specific and mixed use development opportunities.

Andrew heads up the UK Residential Department at Colliers International and is a specialist advisor in residential and mixed use developments. He has been involved in some of the largest and most complex sites within London and the South East of England.
The Residential Department at Colliers International comprises a market leading team of 35 surveyors and advisers who focus on London, The South East and the Regions, advising clients on their options for maximising value for their assets, including planning, development consultancy, Build To Rent, investment and disposal strategy and New Homes & Project marketing.
Andrew has worked in the sector for 25 years having started his career with a large multinational real estate agency, then running his own land agency for 8 years before joining Colliers International in 2013. He has advised government bodies such as the NHS, as well as family businesses, funds, charities, developers and companies on their strategy for disposal of their land holdings and property assets.
Clients include, Legal & General, the NHS, Royal London Asset Management, The Diocese of London, London Square, Telereal Trilium, Threadneedle, Aberdeen Standard, Greggs, Rexel and PSA Group as well as other large corporate landowners.
