Senior Transaction Manager
Tom joined Colliers in August 2019 from Cushman & Wakefield where he specialialised in the Industrial & Logistics market. Tom is a Transaction Manager in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team, based in London.
Tom qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 2017.
Tom has successfully delivered a number of projects for occupational clients most recently; the acquisition of a 30,000 sq ft facility on behalf of SKY UK, the disposal of units on behalf of Hello Fresh, and the acquisition of a 40,000 sq ft warehouse for a confidential occupier.
Additionally, Tom has extensive experience in advising landlords, acting as a disposal agent on Slough Trading Estate for SEGRO, and other mandates for clients including LaSalle and Aviva. He also has experience in valuation reporting to most of the major institutional landlords and PropCos.

Senior Transaction Manager
Craig joined Colliers International in November 2017 as a Transaction Manager in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team, and has since been promoted to Senior Transaction Manager. He has over 5 years experience in the corporate real estate sector, focusing on Transaction and Portfolio Management.
Craig has worked on a varierty of transactions, ranging from lease acquisitions, renewals, regears/renegotiations, disposals, through to freehold acquisitions and disposals. Since starting at Colliers he has been involved in transactions throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Central/South America and also APAC.

Toby is an expert in the corporate real estate arena with over 12 years’ experience in commercial development, lease advisory, and transactional management, working with some of the world’s major brands in the Finance, Pharmaceutical, Media, Technology and Telecommunications sectors.
Toby joined Colliers International in November 2010 and is a Transaction Manager in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team based in London.
Prior to joining the EMEA Corporate Solutions team, Toby spent 6 years at Colliers Internationals’ South African office, advising high profile clients such as Rocket Internet, Munich RE, Publicis and Naspers on lease advisory in the region.
Toby also has experience in real estate development, where he spent 3 years undertaking turn-key commercial projects at his own firm.
Prior to cross-qualifying as a surveyor in 2016, Robert spent 5 years working in law at law firms Linklaters and Eversheds. Whilst at Linklaters, Robert completed an international secondment in Hong Kong as well as a client secondment at Lehman Brothers.
Robert embarked on his property career at Gerald Eve in 2014, where he successfully undertook his APC and also completed a client secondment at The Office Group.
Robert joined Colliers EMEA Corporate Solutions team in 2018 working as a global account manager.
Senior Transaction Manager
Grace joined Colliers International in January 2015 in the Retail Agency North, South and Out of Town teams as an Assistant Surveyor. During this time, she supported the teams on a number of acquisitions and disposals for retailers across the UK. Over the next 3 years she rotated around the business, working in the Valuation and Advisory Services department before joining the EMEA Corporate Solutions team in February 2018 and passing her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor in November 2018. Currently working as Senior Transaction Manager on a number of accounts including BT, Nasdaq, LeasePlan, Delphi Technologies and Opel/Vauxhall, Grace has a varied Real Estate background to date, enabling her to be able to understand the needs of her clients and the intricacies of the transactions whilst efficiently delivering on the wider strategy and management of accounts she works on.
Head of Enterprise Solutions
James Rawdon-Mogg is the Head of Enterprise Solutions for Occupier Services in EMEA, leading on business development, account mobilisation and client account transformation. James is a member of the EMEA Occupier Services Advisory Board.
James has been working in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team at Colliers International since January 2014, managing corporate client accounts, developing new relationships and service lines. Prior to joining Colliers, James qualified as a commercial Chartered Surveyor with Savills and spent 3 years as a self employed consultant. As a former member of the Army Reserves, James also spent a year on mobilised full time service on operations in Afghanistan (Op Herrick 12/ 13).
James has 13 years’ experience in commercial asset management, corporate real estate consultancy, lease advisory and property management, qualifying as a surveyor (RICS) in 2009. He has worked on client accounts ranging from large corporates such as National Grid, Electronic Data Systems, BP and Shell, to small investment clients with commercial portfolios.
In his spare time, James is also a (very) amateur jockey, riding mainly in point to point races and also occasionally under rules.
Graham joined Colliers International in January 2012 and is an Associate Director in the EMEA Corporate Solutions Team.
Grahams’ has 8 years experience in transaction, asset and portfolio management acting for both Landlord and Tenant providing a broad, diverse and adaptable level of knowledge. He has a good level of expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters, financial modelling and reporting functions.
Graham has managed a number of key client accounts at Colliers including acting as Global Account Director for Heineken, Nokia and Ramboll. Other current and past clients include FTI Consulting, Marsh MC, Quintiles, Red Hat, BT, Microsoft & Koch Industries in a Regional Role.
Graham’s core responsibilities include:
· Working closely with the client to understand & implement their Real Estate strategy to maximise benefit to the business
· Coordinating day to day management of real estate activity across multiple accounts ensuring clear and consistent process aligned to clients needs
· Supporting delivery of successful project wins through multi-disciplinary teamwork including coordination of Local Advisors, Solicitors, Workplace Analysis, Project & FM teams with the Client
· Engagement of local Colliers teams throughout the region to ensure communication, best practice and reporting standards are achieved
Sara joined Colliers in 2007 and is an Associate Director in the EMEA Corporate Solutions team. She has over 15 years experience in the corporate real estate sector with particular strengths in Account and Transaction Management. She currently is Head of Account Management Operations for the EMEA CS Team.
Head of Cross Border Tenant Representation | EMEA
Peter is a Chartered Surveyor and a senior international real estate professional with significant experience throughout the UK and Continental Europe. His experience includes business development, strategic planning, client management, deal structuring and transacting.
He began his career undertaking office leasing and tenant representation primarily in the South East of the UK before progressing to becoming Head of UK Office Agency. In 2007 he stepped into a more international role leading, coordinating and transacting office deals for both landlords and occupiers across much of Continental Europe. Peter's international experience also includes periods spent living and working in both Spain and Italy.

Well respected within the industry, Andrew is an Executive Managing Director with over 20 years of global experience within Corporate Real Estate. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge having advised dozens of Fortune 500 companies throughout the world on developing real estate transformation solutions.
As Executive Managing Director of EMEA Occupier Services. Andrew drives strategy, client service delivery and spearheads the growth of Colliers’ occupier business within the EMEA region.
Andrew leads integrated service delivery for all occupier clients specialising in corporate real estate services, portfolio strategy, transaction management, brokerage, lease administration, project management, workplace services, and facilities management outsourcing advisory across the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew worked for CBRE where he has held senior leadership roles within their Global Workplace Solutions business in Chicago, Hong Kong, New York and London. He has gained extensive global experience advising large corporations on their global real estate organization and strategy over the last 18 years, having worked across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific. Andrew also currently serves on the global board of directors of Corenet, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession.
He has lived and worked internationally and has a deep understanding of the cultural and regional challenges within a global organisation.
