I joined Colliers International in January 2015 and I am currently working on the management of commercial property portfolios and assets owned by Columbia Threadneedle and Tritax / DB Symmetry.
I joined Colliers from Workman LLP where I was property manager of a property portfolio owned by The Royal Sun Alliance Pension Fund. I have an MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and gained my MRICS qualification in November 2009.
Over the course of 2015 I oversaw the management transition of 20 new instructions awarded to Colliers International. Ten of those instructions were significant multi-let instructions, and helped the Uxbridge IPM office to double department turnover during the course of the year. The management transition to Colliers required the significant restructuring of a number of service charge budgets for the multi-let assets.
In 2016, I billed £50k in one-off fees which made me the highest additional fee earner in IPM.
In July 2017, on behalf of Galliard Homes I completed the negotiations to secure vacant possession of Westgate House, which is a 150,000 sq ft office building in Ealing.
In November 2017 I played a major role in perparing and presenting a pitch that won a management instruction from new client DB Symmetry
