Will joined Colliers International, London in August 2015 on the graduate rotation scheme after obtaining a 2:1 from the University of Reading in BSc Real Estate. Will's first two rotations were within the Receivership department and the Licensed and Leisure team. The former predominantly included rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations of numerous A3/A4/D2 units. Following this, in February 2017, Will undertook his final rotation within the valuation department. Subsequent to passing his APC in October 2017, he secured a long-term position as a Chartered Surveyor within Valuation and Advisory Services.
Will undertakes valuations of predominantly commercial investments across the South-East for either secured lending or financial reporting purposes. A specific high-profile example includes the six-monthly valuations for New River Retail, providing advice on part of their Shopping Centre portfolio.
Will has recently returned from a six-month secondment at Lloyds Bank Plc, where he worked within the Large Corporates, Commercial Real Estate division. His role included offering valuation advice for high value properties and portfolios across the UK. This helped Will gain further insight into his client's needs and objectives, in addition to helping strengthen our relationship.
In June 2015, Will obtained a 2:1 in BSc Real Estate from the University of Reading.
Will became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 2017.
Will is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

I joined the Valuation and Advisory team at Colliers International in September 2010 and initially assisted with portfolio valuations and valuations for secured lending purposes in the UK and in Europe.
I moved teams within valuations in 2012 to a team that focused solely on UK valuations in order to further my experience for the APC.
Whilst training for the APC I also spent three months based in the Logistics and Industrial agency team in order to gain further experience into this sector.
In 2014 I completed a 9 month secondment in the Real Estate division of the Central London Corporate Bank at HSBC. My role included offering valuation advice for properties and portfolios worth over £10m.
This enabled me to gain further insight into my clients' needs and objectives as well as helping to strengthen our relationship with HSBC.
I now predominantly value properties for secured lending purposes within London and the South East.
My major clients include; Santander, Lloyds, New River and HSBC.
