First Way, Wembley, acting for Cole Waterhouse, we funded 682 student beds with Unite, £100m GDV.
Acquisition and consultancy projects:
Kirkstall Road, Leeds, off plan purchase of 117 apartments on behalf of Aberdeen Standard, GDV £18m.
Quintain, Wembley, advised a fee paying client on the acquisition of Quintain's 5,000 apartments in Wembley Park, GDV c£6.5bn.

Erica works closely with developers and institutional investors, focussing on investment underwriting and consultancy advise on PRS specific / mixed-use development opportunities across the UK.
Prior to joining Colliers, Erica worked within private equity for HNWIs and various family offices in London. During this time, she was involved in deal originations and debt structuring of asset level transactions . She was also actively managing a portfolio of assets worth in excess of £30m with the view to maximise the underlying value through redevelopment and other strategic activities. In addition, Erica has over 3 years’ experience working within various capacities in the design and execution of custom homes and high density residential developments in India.

Ed joined Colliers International as a graduate in August 2016 having completed a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. After completing rotations in the Business Rates and EMEA Valuations teams, Ed joined the Build to Rent team in February 2018. He has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and now advises on Build to Rent opportunities across the UK.
