Sold off a guide price of £550,000.

The specialist hotels agency team of global real estate advisor, Colliers International, has sold Scotia House in Harrogate on behalf of seller Marie Lock. The B&B was sold from a guide price of £550,000 to Mark and Gillian Church who have moved to the UK from South Africa.

Situated immediately opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre, Scotia House is a lovely stone-built property with five en suite letting bedrooms, a breakfast room, owner’s suite, front terrace garden, rear patio and parking.

Peter Bean, director of hotels agency at Colliers International, commented: “New owners, Mark and Gillian, have family connections to the North Yorkshire hospitality trade and had been looking for a well located B&B. Their successful purchase of Scotia House has given them a fantastic new venture in owning and operating a high quality business with a superb trading location, in one of the best towns to live in the UK.”

Centrally situated, Scotia House is highly convenient for visitors to the convention centre and the town centre shopping and dining facilities only a short walk away.
