Colliers appoints commercial fit out specialist to join Cost Management team and lead occupier service line

Colin Wood joins Colliers’ Building & Project Consultancy department from Turner & Townsend

Colliers International has appointed Colin Wood as a Director in its Project & Building Consultancy department, with responsibility for leading its occupier related activity within the UK Cost Management service line. 

Wood joins Colliers from Turner & Townsend, where he has spent almost 16 years, most recently leading its 50-strong occupier cost management team. This division grew year on year under his tenure, delivering results for many of the world’s best known brands.

Mike Hardman, Director in Colliers International’s Project & Building Consultancy team, said: “Colin specialises in commercial fit out and brings industry leading knowledge and best practice to our team.
