Holiday and second home destination represents investment opportunity
Norton Park in Devon has been brought to the market for £2.5 million.
Located on the outskirts of Dartmouth, approximately 0.5 miles from the town edge, and with spectacular views of the River Dart, the site is described as “an attractive investment opportunity with further potential,” by sole agent Colliers International.
It comprises 18.8 acres of chalet park land and 263 privately-owned leasehold chalets. There is also a site manager’s bungalow, workshop, storage and garage forming part of the freehold site.
