Comprising a marina, holiday lodges and residential park homes, as well as a motel, clubhouse and other leisure facilities, Roydon Marina Village has the substantial benefit of all-year round holiday use and also benefits from both residential and holiday caravan licences. The marina was developed from 2010 to 2011 from part of a former water sports lake and has potential for additional berth development, subject to planning.

The Roydon Marina Village is ideally situated on the outskirts of the popular residential village of Roydon and between the New Town of Harlow and Hoddeston, which both provide a wide range of retail and service outlets to meet visitor requirements.
Colliers International and GVA acted on behalf of a private seller.
This deal follows the recent sale of Westholme Estate, North Yorkshire, which Colliers International and GVA sold to Leisure Resorts Ltd, off a guide price of £4.5 million.
