Four promoted at Bristol office of Colliers International

Four members the Bristol office of Colliers International are among recent promotions across the UK business of the leading global real estate services company.

Nick Williams of the Project & Building Consultancy team has been promoted to Director; Tom Watkins of the Industrial & Logistics team and Gemma Daly of Valuation and Advisory Services have been made Associate Directors; and Alfie Passingham of the National Offices team becomes a Senior Surveyor.

Nick Williams

Director

Nick is a Chartered Building Surveyor, and has worked within the Building Surveying and Project Management Division in Bristol since joining Colliers International in 2009.

Nick has experience in all aspects of Building Surveying and has consolidated this experience through working for a multitude of both private and public sector owner and occupier clients.

Nick has experience in undertaking professional work such as building surveys, dilapidations surveys and negotiations, schedule of condition surveys, feasibility reports, party wall advice, listed buildings advice and building reinstatement cost assessments.

His project-based experience consists of office refurbishments, implementation of works to remedy dilapidations, repairs and alteration works in which he has undertaken the role of designer, contract administrator and Principal Designer.

Tom Watkins

Associate Director

I joined Colliers International in 2012 for a years placement as part of my degree at Bristol UWE.  Since completing my degree I re-joined the Bristol office in 2014, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor the following year. I work in the Industrial & Logistics team in Bristol, specialising in the disposal and acquisition of industrial premises in the South West and South Wales regions, and more recently getting involved in industrial development.

Gemma Daly-Gunn

Associate Director

Bristol

I joined the Bristol Valuation team at Colliers International in June 2012. I undertake a variety of different commercial valuations in sectors including Office, Industrial, Retail and Residential.

A large proportion of my work focuses on secured lending valuations for banks; followed by fund valuations and valuations for accounts purposes. 

I will always complete any task to the best of my ability. I am very open to new ideas and obtaining different peoples perspectives. If there is a problem I will always try to find a solution.

Alfie Passingham

Senior Surveyor

Alfie works closely with a range of clients, including funds, property companies, private individuals and occupiers, providing strategic agency advice on the City Centre and Out of Town Office Markets in Bristol.
