Yorkshire Dales hotel changes hands

The White Swan at Middleham in the Yorkshire Dales has been sold by global real estate advisor Colliers International’s specialist Hotels Agency team on behalf of Paul Klein, who has handed over the reins to experienced hotelier Charles Merchie after 18 years ownership.

Prominently situated on the ancient market square of this well-known Dales tourist town with its historic castle and horse racing community, The White Swan is a handsome, centuries old property with characterful bar and dining facilities and 17 en-suite letting bedrooms.

Colliers International was asking £695,000 for the freehold property and business.
