Our latest Office Market Commentary is now available. Please click on the link below to read an overview of the UK regional office market and what’s driving domestic demand. We also highlight current office market conditions, who’s in the market and give insight on how occupiers are utilising spaces.

What does this report tell us?

Domestic Demand - Regional office leasing markets have weathered Brexit relatively well.  On reflection, this resilience may be explained by the exposure of these office markets to services that support the UK ‘real economy’ (production, distribution and consumption).

Impact on Business Investment - Despite the relative resilience of the real economy and the businesses that support it, the sustained economic uncertainty that has arisen from the political impasse in Parliament is beginning to take its toll. Of great importance to property leasing markets, is expansionary business investment.
