I head up the Yorkshire and North East offices team and have over 20 years agency experience specifically within the region. I have been involved in numerous high profile city centre, business park and office led mixed use developments throughout the region.

Majoring on disposal and acquisition work for a variety of Property Companies, Funds and occupiers, I have also been prevalent in providing development advice on mixed use and regeneration projects throughout the region.

I also provide development consultancy and strategy advice to a number of local authorities, education institutions and charities.

I have worked with and agreed comprehensive multi-site 5 year Property Strategy Review Programmes with two large UK Financial Services occupiers within the past 5 years.

Charles started working for the Colliers' Leeds office in the National Offices Team in January 2018. He gained an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University having previously achieved a B.A. in History from the University of Liverpool.

As part of the National Offices team, Charles now offers a wide range of advice on Office premises throughout Yorkshire and the North East alongside colleagues Roddy Morrison and Oliver Stainsby.

I have more than 20 years experience working in the UK property industry and have an extensive background in UK property research, undertaking varied types of property and fund due diligence research over my career.   At Colliers International, I lead our National Offices Research for Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and the South East. 

I am responsible for our quarterly reporting and statistical analysis of occupier trends in the major UK regional cities as well as bespoke analysis, consultancy and commentary on these markets. In addition to our quarterly reporting, I collect and analyse prime rental data for 63 towns and cities across the UK to produce our National Offices Rents Map.
