Colliers retail sentiment survey
In the week commencing 20th April 2020, Colliers Retail surveyed a group of property owners who control more than 120m sq ft of retailing and F&B space. We asked a series of questions to establish how they had adapted to the lockdown and also how their strategy had changed in the face of the pandemic’s impact on the businesses occupying their assets. The results were compelling and indicate that we are at a watershed moment for UK retail property.
