Since 2013, the team has been the fund valuer and strategic advisor to Target Healthcare REIT, the UK’s leading Real Estate Investment Trust dedicated to the care sector, with 47 best-inclass care homes comprising 3,328 beds. The Trust provides a range of tailored funding solutions to support care operators and increase the provision of modern, purpose-built care homes across the UK.

We acted on behalf of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution (RMBI) in the disposal of a freehold residential apartment complex for the over 55s with a mixture of ground rents, life tenancies, ASTs and vacant space (122 units) in Hove, East Sussex, reflecting a Net Initial Yield of 4.06%.
