Valuation: Barchester Healthcare
We have provided annual formal valuation advice on the Barchester portfolio of 210 properties / c 1000 beds across the UK since 2005. This involves a rolling programme of inspections and desk top valuations providing strategic property advice where relevant. Total values are in the order of £1.6bn.
Strategic Consultancy: NHS
Colliers has been appointed to the NHS panel for real estate asset services to include consultancy, valuation, development, investment, acquisition and disposal advice on any asset type owned or leased by the NHS, including hospitals, medical centres, clinics, specialist units and offices.
Valuation: Caring Homes Group
We carry out annual accounts valuations under UK GAAP of the Consensus Learning Disability portfolio, a leading specialist care provider, part of Caring Homes Group. The portfolio comprises over 70 registered care homes and supported living accommodation.
