Hertfordshire, Disposal

Colliers International was appointed by the long standing private owner and lender to dispose of this highly popular property on behalf of the owning company to the Lakeland Leisure Group.

Colliers disposed of the park on an open market basis utilising our extensive database and multi marketing channels. Multiple offers were received following a structured sales process.

Northumberland, Disposal

Colliers International successfully disposed of this premier holiday destination, with the eventual sale agreed with Harrison Leisure UK following a highly confidential off market deal.

The well-developed holiday park is developed with c.500 holiday home pitches, 180 acres of woodland and a highly regarded golf course. Sold on behalf of Shorewood Leisure Group.

North Yorkshire, Disposal

The park was developed with 319 touring and tent pitches and a caravan storage and sales business. A structured open marketing campaign was run resulting in a number of competing bids.

Acting on behalf of the long standing family owners, Colliers successfully sold the park to the Caravan & Motorhome Club.

Leisure Parks, County Durham

Colliers International conducted a highly confidential marketing campaign on behalf of Park Leisure 2000 Ltd for these high quality parks in the beautiful Wear Valley.

The properties details were provided to a selected number of purchasers well known to us and the eventual purchaser, Verdant Leisure, acquired both parks and in doing so a total of 439 pitches.

Colliers International conducted an open marketing campaign on behalf of the family owners to successfully dispose of this substantial mixed holiday and residential park.

Disposal and negotiation services were provided through to completion of the sale of the freehold asset, as well as development advice on a “clawback” provision covering the park, and planning advice relating to a proposed development which would potentially affect the park. The eventual sale was agreed to a multiple park operator.
