Nina began working in the London residential property market in 1999 and spent 2009 to 2018 living and working in Asia, primarily as Operations Director for the Colliers International Properties team. The focus of the International Properties team is selling residential property (primarily in London and off plan) to investors who are based in Asia.
Nina's knowledge of London property coupled with her detailed understanding of the Asian market and our Client requirements enable Nina to provide developers with sound advice and comprehensive strategies for any sales campaign.

Andrew leads the Residential Development Department at Colliers International and is a specialist advisor in residential and mixed use developments including acquisition and disposal advice for private and public sector landowners. He has been involved in some of the largest and most complex sites within London and the South East of England.
Andrew has worked in the sector for 25 years having started his career with a large multinational real estate agency, then running his own land agency for 8 years before joining Colliers International in 2013. He has advised government bodies such as the NHS, as well as family businesses, funds, charities, developers and companies on their strategy for disposal of their land holdings and property assets.
Clients include, Legal & General, the NHS, Royal London Asset Management, The Diocese of London, British Legion, Telereal Trilium, Threadneedle, Aberdeen Standard, Greggs, Rexel and PSA Group as well as other large corporate landowners.

Toby joined Colliers International in 2015 to expand the Build to Rent capability on opportunities across the UK. Toby is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of property and residential specific experience. He has benefited from working at King Sturge/ JLL but also has spent time client side and gained unique experience on appraising sites/ income producing assets for acquisition and disposal, as well as planning and build to rent management.
A significant proportion of Toby’s work at Colliers International is focused around advising clients on the valuation, appraisal, disposal and acquisition of various Build to rent specific and mixed use development opportunities.
Toby’s client side experience means that he is well placed to provide consultancy advice from an investor perspective, particularly when negotiating the disposal or acquisition of opportunities.
