Harry has extensive experience in providing valuation and development appraisal advice across all property sectors, predominantly for loan security and financial statements purposes. He represents a broad range of clients including the main national high street banks, challenger banks and bridging lenders, as well as investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.

Patrick heads up the flexible workspace offering and provides expert knowledge to occupiers seeking flexible space and has developed extensive knowledge of the Manchester market and it's operators. Patrick also advises landlords and operators on a consultancy basis on potential flexible offerings and opportunites.
