Katerina Dimou is a Director for Office and Investment services in Colliers International. Katerina has over twelve years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate field in Greece and Europe.
She has represented institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets, as well as providing a broad array of advisory services. In 2009 she assisted in the introduction and implementation of a new business line in Colliers International in Montenegro, focusing in the provision of integrated advisory services for large scale hotel developments and resorts. She has serviced foreign financial institutions and investors seeking for “one-stop shop” solutions for commercial and hospitality portfolios, namely services at every stage of the project lifecycle from defining the vision, objectives, concept and product mix through location assessment, market forecasts, business planning to investor and operator procurement, project management, dispositions, marketing and destination branding.
She has also worked actively with international occupiers to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies to create customized real estate solutions to meet their objectives with the provision of Consulting and Lease administration, Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management and Project Management.
She led projects for the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance of UAE, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada, KanAmGrund, Microsoft, Xerox, Amway, Hollister, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Mattel, Euronav Ship Management Ltd among others.
For three consecutive years 2014 – 2016 her team won “Best Real Estate Agency for Greece” at the International Property Awards in London, while 2016 - 2018 was awarded in the "Best Property Consultancy in Greece" category at the awards.
