Antonio has over 33 years of experience in real estate, 30 of which has been in investment services. He was appointed as Executive Director of the Asia Investment Services in January 2008. He leads the team to build a consistent platform for investment clients, such as regional funds and institutions, to expand their portfolio in Asia. He also helps institutional clients source for joint venture partners and development projects particularly for China markets. Antonio also heads the investment services and oversees the retail services team in Hong Kong.

Thomas has joined Colliers as Executive Director of Capital Markets in July 2019. In a way, this is a homecoming for Thomas as he was with Colliers’ Capital Markets team between 2006 and 2008. Prior to joining back Colliers, he was with Knight Frank as Senior Director of Capital Markets, where he completed transactions of over HK$8 billion.
Willis is responsible for the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties as well as development sites.
His expertise in the sales of luxury residential properties has also enabled him to develop strong links with many high net-worth clients.

With five years’ tenure of office in Western China based in Chengdu since 2011, Backy is able to gain a wealth of expertise in the China market and experienced culture of the PRC.
Riding on the policy of city revitalization in the GBA in 2016, Backy moved to Shenzhen to lead the investment team in concluding a number of transactions of Industrial redevelopment projects before joining Colliers.
As Senior Director within the dynamic Capital Markets and Investment Services team in Hong Kong, I am responsible for the acquisition and disposal of en-bloc commercial buildings, hotels, development sites and industrial properties as well as strata-title offices. My expertise is in working with hotel investment groups, owner-operators, family offices, developers, funds and private investment groups. In collaboration with the market-specific and regional teams, my remit covers investment properties in Hong Kong as well as key international markets, enabling me to service our clients' requirements for opportunities in Hong Kong and overseas.

Russell possess 10 years experiences in real estate, most of which in investment agency focusing in Hong Kong deals. He transacted numerous class of asset classes including Hotel, Warehouse Building, Residential Sites, Retail Podiums, En Bloc and Strata Titled Offices.
On the professional front, Russell is well-versed with finance and economics. He has so far passed professional exams in finance in first attempt. Russell is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Financial Risk Manager. He is also a full member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Registered Professional Surveyor in General Practise Division as well as a Licensed Agent (Individual) in Hong Kong
Outside of work, Russell is also a very keen golfer.
Dominic has more than 30 years of real estate experience, with more than 26 years focusing on investment transactions, 20 years exposure to mainland China market.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Dominic was the Co-head of Investment Properties for China and the Head of Investment Properties for Hong Kong at CBRE, respectively during the period from 2010 to 2014. He revamped the company’s investment agency business in Hong Kong and China. He built the Hong Kong investment department from a small team into a sizeable investment agency, with a strong market presence and record earnings in subsequent years.
Prior to CBRE, Dominic was with Jones Lang LaSalle from 2005 to 2009 as the Managing Director of Shenzhen, China and Head of Investment Sale, South China. Dominic also ran his own investment agency in the late 1990s in Hong Kong and in Shanghai from 2002 to 2003. Besides Hong Kong and mainland China, Dominic has substantial cross-border transaction experience in investment markets in Asia and North America.
