Head of Office Services
Fiona Ngan is the Head of Office Services and she has 26 years in this field and presently focuses on leading the Hong Kong and Kowloon Office team. Her strengths include project leasing and the provision of a board range of client services, particularly in Tenant Representations. She has extensive experience in business development, real estate strategic solutions and a range of consultancy services.
Chris has been working within the Asian Real Estate Industry for over 15 years across Vietnam, Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Chris brings with him deep industry experience from the Office Services business as well as the structuring, organising and managing of the sales process.
In his current role Chris oversees the agency business lines (Office, Retail, Strata title) but with a prime focus on the larger occupiers within the Hong Kong office market.
Chris joined in 2018 as the Head of Kowloon Office Services. Prior to joining Colliers, Chris was the Head of Leasing and Sales at the Hong Kong Cyberport (owned by HKSAR) overseeing all leasing matters on offices and retail space. Before that, Chris was a Director of commercial leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Wayne joined Colliers in October 2018 as the Head of Project Management Hong Kong, and has been involved in the Project Management / Construction industry for 35 years, including over 28 years in the Asia region and has delivered or been responsible for the delivery of projects in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Guam and Australia.

I lead Workplace Advisory Asia as part of Corporate Solutions in APAC. My focus is to form key strategic objectives together with Occupier Services, enhancing the company’s proposition in providing holistic workplace solutions to clients in conjunction with Offices Services, Project Management and Corporate Solutions teams. We are currently operating from 3 locations: Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore.
With my professional background as a qualified architect, I bring across more than 18 years of experience working in commercial design across Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. During my professional career I have worked with distinguished international design firms such as HOK and Ronald Lu & Partners. Previously I held a paralle role at CBRE where I was Associate Director of the Workplace team, servicing and advising the likes of HSBC, AXA, Bayer, Cisco and Citibank as a workplace consultant and change manager.
I will be driving Workplace initiatives delivering effective, flexible and high performance user environments. My specialist experience in design, workplace strategy and organisational change management will further help our client enterprises in developing solutions, aligning business goals with workplace strategy and optimising their employee performance.
I report to Abhishek Bajpai, Managing Director Corporate Solutions APAC. I will take an active role in the Global Workplace team to solidify and extend Colliers’ Workplace Strategy service offerings in Asia.
I speak fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Jonny leads the Flexible Workspace Consulting team for Asia Pacific at Colliers, having founded the business line in 2015. Flexible Workspace Consulting works with operators, occupiers, asset owners and investors offering consultancy, advisory and transaction services to leverage this fast growing and dynamic sector.
Jonny has overseen over 2 million sq. ft. of flexible workspace transactions on behalf of operators and advised some of the largest asset owners in Asia Pacific on their strategy towards integrating flexible workspace and meaningful amenities to their portfolios, while also supporting Colliers’ occupier clients in the sector.
