Head of Valuation & Advisory Services
Hannah Jeong has extensive valuation & advisory services experience over 14 years including property investment and development projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis and feasibility studies. Project’s geographic coverage span across Asia Pacific and Middle East, in particular Hong Kong, China and Korea. She has started her career with Colliers since 2006 and is now heading our Valuation and Advisory Services - Hong Kong Office with over 40 professionals.
Hannah has strong client coverage on major financial institutions including global real estate funds and private equity firms.
Daniel is the head of Advisory Services in the Hong Kong office. He has more than 20 years of professional experience for large scale land planning and development consultancy works. He has built a thorough understanding regarding China land development context, developed a strong consulting practice, and the ability to mobilize external resources to enhance project values. Before joining the Hong Kong Advisory Service, Daniel was the Head of Research, Hong Kong and South China at Colliers. He had developed in-depth knowledge about Hong Kong 's economy and property market and was familiar with the latest trend for the Greater Bay Area.
In his previous role at AECOM, Daniel spear-headed an 80-strong economic development consultancy team that undertook various studies of cities that are resilient, sustainable and liveable. His experience in assessing the direct impact of factors such as globalisation, climate change, and aging populations on real estate capital values will create the differentiation for our business with our clients
Albert specializes in consulting and advisory projects in all types and sectors in the property market, espcially in Data Centre, Shopping Mall, Art Cultural Interactive Entertainment Venues, Casinos, Boutique Indoor Theme Parks, Hotels and Offices.
Since joining Colliers, he and his team has adopted an innovative approach in analyzing vistors traffic data to provide market insights and identify new opportunities for investors, developers, government departments, and non-profit organizations in Asia and Greater China , including Hong Kong and Macau.
Albert has more than 15 years of professional experience overseeing the investment for mega size land development and investment properties experiences. He has extensive knowledge in Hong Kong, Macau, and Greater China’s land development and properties investment context. Albert negotiated with third parties in relation to various property types, including mixed use projects of data centre, shopping mall, offices, residentials, hotels, museums, indoor entertainment parks, free trade tax zone, pedestrian retails, beach resorts, etc.
Prior working at Colliers, he was at AECOM providing economic research and feasible studies for investors, developers and government institutions. In his previous role at AECOM, Albert was at DELOITTE providing financial and risk advisory consultancy, audit, and due diligence services for developers, real estate funds, and casinos.
Nancy joined Colliers in 2019, she is specialising in valuation and advisory services. She is always willing to help her client and gives her professional valuation advice on their properties, assets, plant and equipment, business and financial instruments.
Stella is a professional general practice surveyor.
She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) under the Surveyor Registration Ordinance (Cap. 417) in Hong Kong; A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an RICS Registered Valuer; A member of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (MCIREA) and a Registered Real Estate Appraiser PRC; She is also a Listed Valuer for undertaking valuation for incorporation or reference in listing particulars and circulars and valuations in connection with takeovers and mergers.

Jason joined the Valuation and Advisory division of Colliers International in 2016 and is now acting as a Senior Associate Director of the division. He has gained over 12 years of experience in the real estate field and specialises in valuation of a diverse range of properties in HK and China.
Whether it is a direct acquisition, a disposal or a joint venture; an accurate assessment of the property value is the starting point of a transaction. Often, it goes beyond the valuation report with advice given on other aspects of the property due diligence. We can effectively structure the best team to complete any assignment anywhere. The team comprises talented professionals with expertise in every discipline of real estate development.
Listed companies and managed funds require regular revaluations of their property portfolios to comply with the various regulatory requirements. Our experienced team is able to prepare valuations that comply with the local regulatory requirements in each market, and can be used for annual reports and when shareholders need to be notified of transactions that occur during the reporting year.
We conduct in-depth market surveys, feasibility studies, design and management reviews, often in conjunction with other consultants such as architects, planners, engineers and quantity surveyors. The team’s role is to focus on the development strategy, marketing, financial and management aspects of a project to assist in optimising the returns for the developer / investor.
As lending markets become more sophisticated, so do valuation reports. Fully supported valuations with comparables, calculations and reasoning are increasingly required in Asia, and we have implemented procedures and systems to prepare these in both hard and soft copy formats.
We advise on town planning applications, change of use, lease modifications and short term tenancies. Services include valuations and estimations of the land premium involved, the optimum approach to be adopted, lodging of documents and negotiations with the relevant government departments.
We prepare proofs of evidence and expert witness reports in connection with legal disputes, claims and arbitrations. We are experienced in preparing reports in a form that is acceptable to the courts as evidence, and also in appearing in court to give evidence as an expert witness.
Mergers and acquisitions often involve the transfer of significant property interests even for companies whose core business is not property-related. The performance can be analysed, and leases can be reviewed to confirm compliance with market standards and to identify any possible savings. Forecasts and projections of future performance can also be provided.
