Klara Matic
Head of Investment, Valuation & Advisory Services

Klara joined Colliers in March 2014 as a Junior Analyst in the Investment and Valuation Advisory Services department with a focus on market research and valuations of commercial and residential properties across Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.  She has extensive valuation and advisory experience across all asset classes including office, retail, hotels, residential, industrial and logistics, land etc. Since June 2017 Klara is also involved in Capital markets team which provides sell side or buy side representation.

Prior to joining Colliers International and during her studies Klara worked in tourism industry; 3 years at the Zagreb Tourist Board and several summer seasons at ATLAS destination management company in Dubrovnik. Klara conducted her studies in Zagreb and Leipzig and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with emphasis in Finance and Banking from Zagreb School of Economics and Management. Klara also holds Bachelor's degree in Economics from Zagreb School of Economics and Management and Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from University of applied sciences VERN. Klara is a licenced real estate agent and MRICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor.

Nuccia Kos
Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant, Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Brokerage Services

As a Senior Consultant in the Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Agency Services department, Nuccia is focused on tenant and landlord representation and agency services in the office, retail and industrial/logistics market segment. Since joining Colliers International in 2016, she has developed relationships with numerous respectable Clients.

Nuccia’s everyday activities include key client communication with the purpose of developing long term business relationships, presentation of investment projects as well as acquiring tenant and landlord representation projects. She has developed and manages strong working relationships with local and international Clients across various industry sectors such as Microsoft, Atos, Cisco Systems, NOKIA, Centrice, Electrolux, Australian Embassy, Dogus Group and many more.

Since joining Colliers, Nuccia was engaged on various projects whereas she gained great experience through mentorship program, by learning from one of the greatest British experts for shopping centres concept development and property management. She gathered valuable knowledge and working experience which enables her to consult every client on optimal space in order to accelerate their success by choosing the right strategy, starting with the best location.

Her dedication to each task supported with great knowledge of real estate market ensures best-in-class service for every client.

Prior to joining Colliers, Nuccia gained valuable experience in the real estate industry by having spent more than four years working on projects related to high end second homes, residential properties and land development projects in Istria.

Nuccia graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a dual degree (American and Croatian). Nuccia is also a licensed real estate agent certified from the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

Filip Dumbovic
Senior Consultant

Filip joined Colliers in October 2016 as a Junior Analyst in the Investment and Valuation Advisory Services (IVAS) department, after a successful 2 month internship. At first he assisted the valuation team in market research for the valuation reports, but soon started to independently perform valuation exercises.

In July 2017, Filip was promoted to a consultant position and started to have dual responsibilities in IVAS and Capital Markets departments as well as a mentoring role to junior members of the team. His job responsibilities in IVAS have expanded to more complex Studies and Valuation reports mainly based in HTL and development land segment where he independently worked for well-known clients such as: Starwood Capital, Morgan Stanley, Tulip Business Developers, MK Group, Zagreba─Źka Banka, PBZ, etc. In Capital markets he is responsible for the complete buy/sale advisory services for the clients including market research, preparation of marketing materials, virtual data rooms and operative correspondence.

Filip holds a Master of Architecture and Urbanism degree from Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb and Master of Economics degree from Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Filip spent a month in 2018 working at Colliers Bucharest Investment department where he was involved in the sale process of office buildings and shopping malls in Romania.

Ivan Laljak

Ivan joined Colliers in June 2018 as a Junior Consultant in the Investment and Valuation Advisory Services department and was promoted into Consultant. His main tasks include valuation (hotel, office, retail, industrial/logistics, land, residential), financial modeling and analysis, market research, preparation of various types of reports and studies, NPL portfolio valuation, cooperation with different departments inside the company and monitoring of trends and opportunities in commercial real estate.

Along with IVAS, Ivan works in Capital Markets department where he participates in advisory (sell or buy side) for investment transactions of income-producing properties & land for development. His tasks include market research, preparation of marketing materials (teasers and information memorandums) and communication with clients and investors.

Prior to joining Colliers International and during his studies Ivan worked, as intern, in financial industry and corporate finance. Ivan holds Master degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.

Olgica Macek
Marketing and Communication Specialist

Olgica joined Colliers in October 2017 as a Marketing Assistant.  Due to her fast learning ability, she was soon promoted to Marketing and Communication Specialist. She is responsible for all marketing and PR activities related to Colliers International in Zagreb, covering markets in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over the time, she become a specialist in creating and executing tailor made marketing strategies, along with providing research and administrative support to the Colliers team as well as to Colliers´ clients. Her everyday activities include preparation of marketing plans and materials, social media content management and public relations. 

Prior to joining Colliers International, Olgica worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant for public sector. She was involved in activities related to consulting the public administrations and private companies on EU funds, monitoring of tenders in public administrations and preparation of tender documentation.
