Ágnes Szentpály joined Colliers International in 2017 as Head of Property Management. She has been responsible for management and operations of the team and focus to business development of the Property Management division. Ágnes graduated from the Budapest Economical University of Economics Sciences. Ágnes’s scope of responsibilities includes business development and managing the current team and portfolio in order to ensure that clients’ milestones are met successfully and on time.
In my 30+ years I have worked in Maintenance and Facility Management for several companies, such as Pannonplast, Communications Authority, Thermal Hotel Helia. I am the Facility Manager of the Atrinova Office Building since 2001 back then working for Vamed thereafter for Honeywell and Property Partners. I am in charge for the operation of the office building, including the management of the staff (maintenance, receptionists, security guards, cleaners, external staff) and managing both proactive and reactive maintenance, all aspects of building compliance and overseeing project based work.
At my previous positions I have gained immense experience in various electrical equipment deployment and maintenance, heating control, the operation of various air handling equipment, air conditioning equipment, power and lighting networks, pneumatic control, building management systems and building operation. I am in charge for the operation of the building, including the management of the staff (maintenance, receptionists, security guards, cleaners, external staff) and managing both proactive and reactive maintenance, all aspects of building compliance and overseeing project based work.
