The Change Management team guides you from the early stages of your project with proven methods that involve all levels of the company’s hierarchy and manage employee representative bodies. Their extensive feedback enables them to anticipate bottlenecks, monitor the social climate and adapt their intervention methods to the different contexts encountered.

After an initial key listening phase, our consultants will work with all employees: mobilizing top management by leading workshops, informing and training intermediate managers on new workspaces and the necessary evolution of their managerial practices, supporting employees through simulation workshops and sharing best practices.

She began her real estate carrier in 2006 in the datacenter industry working for Digital Realty Trust, REIT. Located out of Boston Massachusetts she was responsible for marketing and asset management activities for the east coast portfolio.
