The Landlord Representation team prepares commercialisation and marketing strategies for your real estate projects, all focused on maximising the value of your investment.
We do this by:
- Preparing a marketing strategy (building the brand, project name, logo)
- Creating strong recognition of the property and the brand, including its promotion and raising awareness in the market (brochures, presentations, website)
- Commercialisation of the property in line with the schedule and in accordance with conditions to generate the highest possible income (securing pre-let agreements)
- Preparation of the property for its eventual sale.
During my almost 15 years spent in the industry, I have worked on both, the consultancy (7 years at DTZ as Office Advisor) and the developer (7 years at SKanska as Head of Leasing) side of the market, collecting a diverse experience in agency services as well as managing projects from plot purchase all the way to divestment and end of the Master Lease period.
Prior joining to Colliers Hungary in Q4 of 2018, Linda has previously worked in Thailand for over a decade, focusing on the sales and marketing of various luxury residential projects, condominiums, land and commercial properties locally and internationally.
Representing UHNW tenants and landlords in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, England, Malaysia, Japan and Seychelles.
