The Landlord Representation team prepares commercialisation and marketing strategies for your real estate projects, all focused on maximising the value of your investment.
We do this by:
- Preparing a marketing strategy (building the brand, project name, logo)
- Creating strong recognition of the property and the brand, including its promotion and raising awareness in the market (brochures, presentations, website)
- Commercialisation of the property in line with the schedule and in accordance with conditions to generate the highest possible income (securing pre-let agreements)
- Preparation of the property for its eventual sale.
I joined Colliers in 1993 as an office broker specializing in tenant representation. After 8 years I was promoted to Managing Director of Colliers International Hungary, a position I held for 9 years.
For the past 4 years I've focused on sustainability as Director of Green Building Certification for Europe and Asia. I've built a team of 10 people in 3 countries. We've certified 20 buildings in 6 countries in Europe and Africa and currrently have over 30 projects totaling 1,000,000 m2 under certification in 9 countries.
Prior joining to Colliers Hungary in Q4 of 2018, Linda has previously lived and worked in Thailand for over 11 years, focusing on the sales and marketing of various luxury residential projects, condominiums, land and commercial properties locally and internationally.
Representing UHNW tenants and landlords in Bangkok, Phuket, Koh Samui, England, Malaysia, Japan and Seychelles.
