Gillian has worked in the property industry for over 18 years. Highly skilled in all secretarial and adminstrative processes providing assistance to Senior Valuers and Directors. Duties include routine correspondence, diary management and coordination of meetings, typing, office filing, travel arrangements, liasing with clients, preparing reports, managing projects and managing the admin team.
Before joining Colliers in November 2017, I worked for 17 years in a Dublin firm where I gained experience in all sectors of the property industry.

I have over 12 years experience in the Advisory Services and Commercial Agency areas of Commercial Property in Ireland.
In the past two years I was involved in the client side of Asset Management with a large NGO who operated in the delivery of educational, enterprise employment opportunities and care services for people with varying degrees of disability. Prior to that I was involved in private practise and involved in some significant portfolio valuations, disposals, rent reviews, CPO, expert witness work for various client types.
Laura undertakes valuations of all types of commercial / investment properties nationwide on behalf of both institutions, and private clients. These valuations are generally undertaken as loan security exercises, accounts purposes or portfolio valuations throughout Ireland. In addition to valuations Laura also undertakes Landlord and Tenant work including; rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations.
Having previously worked in Capital Markets Laura has specialised in investment properties and providing strategic investment advice to institutions and private investors in respect of all aspects of commercial property investment including the marketing and disposal of properties, development advice, portfolio asset management, cash flow appraisals and property acquisitions.
I am a Valuation Surveyor based out of Dublin and have experience in all of the main Irish market sectors, and have specialist experience in traded assets in the leisure and healthcare areas.
In my career I have been involved with compulsory acquisition of lands, loan book valuations, specialist valuations for GAAP and public sector financial accounting, and landlord and tenant matters.
I spent a decade working in London, before moving to Dublin, where I worked for a spell for the Chancellor of the Irish Exchequer, before moving through a number of private and public property related roles.
I have in excess of ten years extensive and diverse experience primarily in the areas of commercial and residential valuation, commercial agency and asset management in Ireland and the UK.
I spent a number of years working in Liverpool, Merseyside primaily undertaking secured lending valuations for Banks including Barclays, HSBC, Nat West, Santander and Lloyds.
I am engaged primarily in the provision of commercial and residential property valuations for a wide range of purposes including secured lending, company accounts, legal disputes, brokerage advice, taxation and property fund portfolio valuations.
Head of Risk Management
Edward Campbell M Sc Real Est, B Sc (Hons), Dip Financial Planning, MSCSI, MRICS, MCIArb-AM, MII-CM is a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer with over 30 years’ experience in private practice working in Ireland and the UK. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Registered Valuer) and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland he sits on the society’s panel for the Assessment of Professional Competence and is a member of the SCSI/RICS Valuation Professional Group.
He is also a Chartered Arbitrator, a Certified and Accredited Mediator, a Harvard Law School trained Negotiator and acts as an Expert Witness in disputes involving planning law, property rights and real estate valuation.
He is an adjunct lecturer in property valuation, landlord and tenant law, compulsory purchase, property economics and planning law at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and TU Dublin and is a former lecturer in Maths and Economics at NUI Galway.
Aoife joined Colliers International in April 2018 and has completed an MSc in Real Estate at Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT). Aoife has previously worked in Savills and KPMG and is currently in the process of completing her APC.

A Senior Surveyor in Colliers' Valuation and Advisory team undertaking all types of commercial and residential valuations on behalf of institutions and private clients.
Rhona has excellent and varied experience in all sectors of the market and previously worked on the JLL Valuations team undertaking portfolio valuations.
Carmel joined Colliers International in the Dublin office as a graduate surveyor within the Valuation & Advisory team in 2019, after completing her Bachelor Of Science in Property Economics at Dublin Institute of Technology.
Abigail joined Colliers International in July 2019 as a Graduate Surveyor working within the Valuation and Advisory team in the Dublin office after completing her Bachelor of Science with Honours and Diploma in Professional Practice at University of Ulster, Jordanstown.
Prior to this Abigail worked within the Valuation & Advisory Services and Asset Management teams in CBRE Belfast for 1 year where she was envoled with numerous rent reviews and lease renewals as well as assisting on the Asset Management of various shopping centres.
Abigail also has residential experience where she worked alongiside a residential surveyor assisting on various mortgage surveys and dealing in all aspects of the sales negotiation process.
Hannah previously worked in the Valuation & Advisory Department in JLL, where, she was responsible for monthly Fund Portfolio Valuations for Irish Life. She also carried out ‘Red Book ‘valuations of all property types for banks, corporate clients and private investors.
Prior to this she worked with Ganly Walters as a Valuation Assistant in the Valuation Department for 2 years. She also has experience in the Residential Sales and multi-asset Auction Sales. Clients included Receivers, private landlords, investors and property owners.
Director Valuation & Advisory Services
I have over 30 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor having worked in London for both Local Government and in the property department of a high street bank, following which I returned to Dublin and ran the Valuation & Professional Services Department of one of the countries oldest independently owned firms of Chartered Surveyors for over 20 years. In 2011 I joined the National Asset Management Agency ( NAMA), where amongst other things I oversaw the sale and marketing of over €1bn worth of assets including a key landmark site in the Mayfair area of London. Following NAMA, I joined AIB Banks Plc to work with senior management to determine the banks' property lending strategy and ultimatley, I oversaw the Valuations workstream as part of the banks deleveraging strategy to reduce the Non-Performing Loanbook.
Ronan recently joined Colliers International in the Valuation & Advisory Department as a Graduate Surveyor. In 2017 after working in the Financial Services industry for nearly 20 years (Fund accounting, Investor Services Specialist, Equity and Bond Dealer,) he took the opportunity to change career and went back to college to study Real Estate. He completed a MSc in Real Estate in Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) in 2018.
Hotels & Leisure Consultant
Weldon is an experienced hotel asset manager, a former hotel general manager and has over thirty years experience within the hospitality industry, starting in his family hotel business. Work experience: Radisson/Movenpick Lausanne (CH), Forte Hotels (UK) and a wide range of branded & independent hotels in Ireland and the UK as a hotel asset and project manager.
Weldon is a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association Europe (HAMA) and also consults to Failte Ireland (National Tourism Development Authority) clients as a business mentor, and with hotel owners, in Ireland and the EU. He is an expert hotel witness in legal & arbitration proceedings and also consults on SaaS based systems for the hospitality and tourism industry.
Weldon attended Shannon College of Hotel Management, Technology University Dublin and Cornell University. He trained in Switzerland, the UK, USA and Australia. Qualifications: MBA, MSc, BA, CIMA Adv Dip MA, Adv Cert Hotel Real Estate & Asset Management. Weldon is an industry advocate and has a wide range of industry, private equity & investment contacts and acts as an owners' representative.
